I haven’t been to the dentist in years because life happens, but came here since they’re closest to me and the thing that stood out the most was that the dentist Dr Browning was the person who talked me through the process step by step vs having their assistant do it like most offices. I also appreciated Lauren being gentle in my cleaning and explained step by step what she was doing before she did it. Jessica and Aly were both friendly and helpful. Will definitely refer others here.

Great experience here at this Winchester location. Dr. Karla was so kind and made sure to explain everything to me with such great detail and care. Her team went above and beyond at making me feel comfortable from offering me water to even a blanket if I got cold! I appreciate Dr. Karla, Kathy, Madison, and Jessica, they made an apprehensive patient feel at ease. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Had a good first visit here. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The office felt clean and organized, and the dentist explained things clearly without making it feel rushed. The exam was thorough. Overall, a straightforward, comfortable experience and I’d come back.
