this facility deserves more than 5 stars. i called to be seen asap for cavity pain and was accepted almost immediately as a new patient. as someone who heavily relies on reviews, i’m here to convince you that this dental office is the one you will want to take care of your needs. i’ve had horrible experiences with dentists in the past not listening to my tooth pain, leading to a loss of trust within the healthcare system. because of that, i neglected my dental care because i was scared that no doctor or dentist would listen to me. i was nervous to walk in to my appointment this after noon, hoping i wouldn’t have to pay a large sum to fix my cavity or be misunderstood by another Dr. i’m relieved to say that i was properly treated with the utmost respect and care that i’ve ever had. Dr. Downing, Madison, and Alec made my experience life changing. for starters, Madison is one the most kindest and understanding individuals i have interacted with. we had the best conversations while waiting to be seen and treated. Alec created such a comforting atmosphere by thoroughly explaining how my appointment will go and reassured me that this appointment was not going to go how my past appointments went. i can see that Dr Downing wants the best care for his patients, he was very understanding about my situation and provided me with great advice and care! during my fillings, i felt literally no pain. i laid down with my eyes closed the entire time listening to fire songs they had playing in the background, and completely relaxed. oh and the cost… 150 buckaroonies with insurance. i was extremely impressed and satisfied with my visit. my tooth was aching so bad a couple hours ago, now it’s completely gone and i can finally go about my day without feeling like my tooth hates my guts. i appreciate you for taking so long to read my review, and i hope i have successfully convinced you to join the Dental Office of Winchester!!!

Loved the visit. Very nice and accommodating staff. Kid friendly and (he said "educational"). Definitely recommend this place.

Very professional very easy groups to talk to. Everything explained in detail no surprise. The dentist was excellent gave great shots to numb me. Assistants and front office very friendly sense of humor made being at dentist a lot better. Overall I’m impressed with this dentist office would recommend them if u r looking for great dental care.
