Office is brand new and beautiful. The staff were very welcoming, and caring. From check in, to x-rays, to the actual exam everyone was kind and thoughtful. I have a lot of medical problems that makes dental work difficult for me and requires coordination with my doctor, and they made that process easier to begin. Dr. Downing was great, explained what my options were and how he thought would be best to proceed. Going to the dentist isn't fun, and when you have health issues that affect your teeth, and need a lot of work done, that can be really overwhelming. Everyone made sure I was comfortable, and that we'd go at the pace that was best for me.
