Hygienist RDH, MPH
One of my greatest passions is helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. I strive to educate and empower my patients so they can make informed decisions about their health and achieve healthier smiles for life.
Outside of work, I teach Lagree, which allows me to combine my love for fitness with my passion for encouraging others to reach their goals. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me discovering a new coffee shop, enjoying meaningful conversations, or spending quality time with family and friends. I believe the best moments in life are built through genuine connections, shared experiences, and a really good cup of coffee.
